Check it out! The Chickasaw Nation Health System has entered a contest to win a free MRI. Each hospital entering the contest submitted a video and the contest is based on number of votes received. Open the drop-down list and scroll to Chickasaw Nation Health System (alphabetical order)
You can also scroll down the other list of hospitals (where an icon displays the start of their video) however, this list is not in alphabetical order.
After you locate the videos — Vote!!
The video must play through to the end for the VOTE button to activate. The VOTE button will turn Orange when ready. You may fast forward to the end if desired.
Once the VOTE button is selected, you will be prompted to enter a security code. Enter the code as it appears on your screen and your vote will be submitted.
