I know how it is when you want to leave a comment and think that it will take too long to figure it out. Fortunately, WordPress makes it pretty easy. I have visited a few blogs and gave up on commenting because of the difficulty encountered. Hopefully, you can try these steps and leave a comment with ease.
Step 1: double click on the No comments yet
Step 2: the next page will show user name and password, which you do not have yet. Go on to strep three to get a user name and password.
Step 3: check “Get a Free WordPress Account”
Step 4: Fill out the required information. It will ask for your email. When you submit that, WordPress will send you an email, and you can activate your account. At this point, you are ready to leave a comment. Be sure to remember your user name and password.
I hope this helps. If not, email me at judy.parker@chickasaw.netand I will try to give better instructions. Hoping that this generates a comment or two and that you have a wonderful Fall season. It is my favorite time of the year in Oklahoma. I will send you some Fall pictures through a Smilebox, my favorite way to do slide shows.

I enjoy reading your blog very much – it keeps me informed of the goings on inside the Nation and the photos and videos are welcome additions. Suggestions: historic information related to medical themes might be interesting. How did we treat medical problems when Oklahoma was Indian Territory? What was Chickasaw health care like in early Oklahoma? The story of how Carl Albert Indian Hospital came about might be of interest.
Keep up the good work!
Best,
Becky

Becky, Thank you so much for the suggestion. Odd as it may seem, I was out today taking pictures of the new h0spital and the old one. I will be posting those pictures this weekend. My family has a history at the Carl Albert Indian Health Facility. My father was the second employee. I remember walking around in the building in what I call the hard hat days. I also have just read this morning an article about the invention of phototherapy for jaundice in newborns and was thrilled to find out that a nurse was the first to make this discovery. So, I bet I can put together the two loves and come up with some history on our own facility. My disseration is on the lived experience of Native Americans with diabetes, so I have done a little research on the beginning of health care for our tribes. Thank you again for a wonderful comment. I have some pictures of the day we did the grand opening at Carl Albert, and I will include those.
Best to you as well.
